Diane Heaton enjoys art, games, and podcasting. She is reluctant to discuss her personal life, but appears to have joined Synod in response to some traumatic incident. With the zeal of the convert, she then began devoting nearly all her free time to it, presumably as a form of escapism. Warning: May believe you, the reader, to be a fictional character.

Ashley Sgromo expects you to believe that that's a real surname and take it seriously. An infectious optimist, Ashley can frequently be heard quantifying goals and declaring, "We've got this!" When not re-watching her favorite episodes of the X-Files she can be found working on her many scrapbooks of photos of strangers' children. She wishes she had less in common with her husband.

Lewis Powell is wary of several core Synod precepts, and retains membership largely as a means of keeping an eye on the organization. He does so despite a painful awareness that Synod observes him exactly as much as he observes it. Currently, he is attempting to steer Synod towards experimental theater, and away from "whatever else it's trying to be."

Greg Davies is a Real Person. He can frequently be found getting lost in imaginary mazes or playing elaborate board games with other Real People. Greg currently lives in an unspecified location.

Nadia Shaikh has only a peripheral awareness of Synod, but her work as a doctor has made her an essential member of the group nonetheless, as several major projects would have been impossible otherwise. Approach with caution.

Mike Sylvia is also known as Projectyl. This is because if you abbreviate his name as "MiSyl", then it's a poorly spelled version of "missile", and "Projectyl" is a similarly poorly spelled synonym.

Steve Havelka is one of the authors/inventors of Pokey the Penguin, the first webcomic that every member of Synod read. His hobbies include whimsy, Russian, and giving people the finger (money permitting).

Barry "Viovis" Bletunick makes games, art, and everything in between. Also, the things in between are themselves far off to one of the ends, because it's all a circle. If you have trouble figuring out where you are or where you're going, ask Barry, and you'll be in for a whale of a time.

Sara Goodchild believes anything you tell her. She thinks that there's a hidden bull face in Room 43 and that her job matters. She will even believe you if you tell her you are going to write a brief bio for her, even when everyone else knows you are going to do a willfully shitty job in about thirty seconds and then never try again.
