The Harndaels are a chain of islands to the east of Denkirn. They are the easternmost point of Omnia.

The vast majority of The Harndael's inhabitants are hunter-gatherers. The people of Denkirn regard them as savages, cannibals, and worse.
The only settlement of any note to be found is Vargenstadt, which was settled by Denhein exiles banished from their clans. They subsist on fish and berries, the latter must be traded with the natives, as the cities inhabitants dare not take extended trips into the interior without armed guards.
Occasionally, the town is used as a staging ground for whalers and Krakenhunters. While its remote location allows sailors to restock before a long voyage, there is no market for their goods anywhere in the area. The nearest markets with the necessary demand are in Trok and Argilael. For that reason, it is only used when other areas are depleted of game.
