Academician Khalnik ek Nulmon-Khogal is a legal scholar, historian, and professor of political science at the Cooperative University. Although they are relatively youthful and inexperienced, current political concerns mean that no higher scholar may be sent at this time. Nonetheless, Academician Khalnik is a promising generalist, and the Research Council is confident they will introduce an unbiased and wholly objective point of view to the proceedings.
